Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by delivering safe, high‑quality food and guiding a trained restaurant crew. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, efficient line, supervising shifts, and ensuring policies are followed.

You will train and develop crew, handle scheduling and breaks, support daily operations, and participate in office tasks such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and stocked; ensure line equipment functions.
• Supervise and train crew; support shift changes, breaks, and schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
