Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and stocked, and ensure proper functioning equipment.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Assist with crew development, performance reviews, and training.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and paperwork as needed.
