The role involves keeping a clean, organized line, training crew, and supporting various front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, restaurant experience, and understanding of cash handling and food safety policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures is required.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Restaurant experience in fast-casual environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized service line and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead and train restaurant crew, monitor breaks and shift changes.
• Support daily operational tasks, including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Support crew performance reviews and help develop future leaders.
