Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold exceptional customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires maintaining an organized line, supervising shifts, and supporting administrative tasks when needed.

You will help resolve customer issues, monitor breaks and line schedules, and contribute to developing future leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
