Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will keep the line organized, monitor equipment, and support service leaders in scheduling and daily operations.

The role involves hands-on leadership, coaching of Crew, and assisting with office tasks. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required; Chipotle offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring food safety and quality.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop Front-of-House Crew and support crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and shift coordination.
• Support office administration tasks and banking/policy adherence.
• Monitor supplies, ordering, and office equipment.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks when not busy and participate in scheduling.
