You will train and develop front-of-house staff, assist with crew performance reviews, and support office duties as required. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to read, write and speak English at work level.
• Restaurant experience is required.

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served at all times.
• Help resolve food quality issues as they arise.
• Support food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature control, shelf life monitoring, use of Daily Food Safety Checklist.
