This role emphasizes food safety, smooth operations, and developing future leaders while handling routine office duties. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with opportunities to advance in a values-driven, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment and supervise the crew.
• Evaluate tasks and assist others when not busy to maintain operations.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available as needed.
