Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a premium guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crews. This role ensures a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment while clocked in, and involves evaluating tasks when busy to support the team.

The ideal candidate will have cash handling experience, knowledge of food safety, and strong office skills, with restaurant background and language ability for the work location.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train crew to provide good customer service and operating efficiency.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office tasks as needed.
• Support crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
