Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and health department matters.
• Experience working in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line and ensure safe food preparation.
• Ensure high quality food is served and customer incidents are resolved.
• Monitor line equipment and schedule adherence; support crew breaks and shifts.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks, banking policies, and inventory where needed.
