Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; monitor breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Perform miscellaneous office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
