Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is served and the restaurant crew is well trained. The role involves keeping the line clean and organized, training crew, and supporting daily operations across front-of-house activities.

The ideal candidate will have restaurant experience, cash handling knowledge, and a strong understanding of food safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and maintains fresh, safe products.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor line, breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Support office administrative duties and filing.
