• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep line clean and equipment functioning; supervise crew on shift.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties, banking, and paperwork; ensure supplies are stocked.
