Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment and a trained crew.
• Manage breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
