Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You will maintain a clean, organized line, train crew, and perform on-shift tasks to support operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience, with responsibilities including cash handling, food safety, and basic office duties while helping develop future leaders within the team.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand English as the primary language of the location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is served and meets standards.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: wash hands, glove changes, time-temp monitoring.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
