Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew delivers great service. The role keeps a clean, organized line, trains staff, and supports ongoing operations.

You will be on your feet, clocked in, and ready to assist with any task when busy. The role emphasizes food safety, crew supervision, training, and performance feedback, along with basic office duties and supply management to keep the restaurant

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience and be able to communicate clearly.
• High school diploma is required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and cash handling policies.
• Able to learn and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, daily Food Safety Checklist and policies.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure sufficient supplies are available as needed.
