Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role keeps the line clean and organized, with well-trained crew and functioning equipment.

You’ll be on your feet and, when not busy, will help complete other tasks across the restaurant. You will lead front-of-house training, participate in crew performance reviews, and support office administration and supply management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety practices and health department matters.
• Ability to understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and assist when needed.
• Train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support office administration duties as needed.
