Qualifications

• Cash handling procedures and food safety understanding.
• Ability to articulate and follow Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Experience working in a restaurant environment and handling customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety routines and line monitoring.
• Help monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
