Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by supervising safe, quality food preparation and serving, and by maintaining a clean, organized line with functioning equipment. The role involves standing on the floor most of the shift and assisting with tasks when not busy.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf lives, daily safety checklist.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders.
