Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and leading a trained crew. The role involves maintaining a clean, efficient line, monitoring schedules, and assisting with office duties.

You will resolve quality issues, support food safety practices, and help develop future Service Leaders while collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and related tasks.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location (English).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Evaluate tasks and assist others when not busy to support operations.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents for positive outcomes.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training.
• Assist with crew performances reviews and development of future leaders.
