Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience and safe, quality food on the line. You will train the crew, maintain cleanliness, and keep equipment working while being on your feet for the shift.

You’ll also contribute to staff development and supporting daily office duties. The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and leadership development with opportunities to advance as a Service Leader.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety by ensuring hand washing, glove changes and proper line temps.
• Monitor time, temperature and shelf life on the line.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
