Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service.

The role keeps the line clean and organized, supports food safety, monitors line timing and staff breaks, helps with crew development and performance reviews, and assists with routine office duties.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Has a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, high‑quality food and trained crew.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and ensure properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor food safety, time and temperature, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross‑train front‑of‑house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration duties and ensure supplies are available.
