Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role keeps the line clean, trains the crew, and assists with office duties to support smooth daily operations.

The Service Leader will monitor food safety, manage breaks and shift changes, and help develop future leaders while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Formación

• Bachelor-level education not required; strong communication and organization are essential.
• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy is expected.
• Experience handling cash and basic health-department standards is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly equipped; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, and shelf life checks.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with crew development, performance reviews, and training.
• Support office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are kept in working order.
