Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line clean and equipment running, and assist with tasks when calls lighten.

The role requires leadership to support food safety, crew scheduling, and front-of-house training. On-site work with opportunities to grow into further leadership roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
• Ability to speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Experience with cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served on shift.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor and enforce food safety practices on the line.
• Keep crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules coordinated.
• Assist with crew development and performance reviews.
• Support office tasks including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
