Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew.
• Keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment; assist when not busy.
• Ensure hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and food safety policies are followed.
• Resolve customer incidents and monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
