Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and by training the restaurant crew. The role requires standing on the line, supervising shifts, and supporting daily restaurant operations.

You will contribute to maintaining cleanliness, managing line equipment, and assisting with crew development and performance reviews as needed. A strong emphasis on food safety and efficient service is essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Maintain safe food handling and time/temperature monitoring on the line.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift meetings; train Crew.
• Assist with office duties and paperwork as needed.
