Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will oversee a clean, efficient line and actively manage breaks, shifts and line schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor, developing front-of-house staff, and supporting daily office tasks. This onsite position offers growth opportunities within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and policies followed.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line, breaks, shifts, and schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with office admin duties.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained.
