Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, high-quality food and guiding the restaurant crew. The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, efficient service line.

You’ll develop front-of-house staff, handle daily operations, and contribute to a culture of excellence in food safety and customer service. Previous restaurant supervisory experience is preferred.

Formación

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Manage breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support with office tasks as needed.
• Assist in creating future Service Leaders and maintain daily operations.
