The position emphasizes food safety, adherence to policies, and leadership development for future Service Leaders, with opportunities to support administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Be on feet and clocked in; assist with tasks when not busy.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders.
