Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and delivering great service. The role involves standing on duty, monitoring line operations, and guiding the crew to meet standards.

You will develop and cross-train front-of-house staff, assist with crew performance reviews, and help shape future Service Leaders.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning line equipment.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure supplies are available and office equipment remains in working order.
