Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and strong customer service. You will lead a restaurant crew, manage line operations, and support tasks from training to administration.

The role requires food safety knowledge, cash handling experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in the work location’s language. Prior restaurant experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew; assist with scheduling and line coverage.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Perform office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are available as needed.
