Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You will train and support the crew, monitor line performance, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on supervision, and collaboration with management to maintain daily operations and food safety compliance. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to read/write/understand the primary language of the work location (English).

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Lead a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Support crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks and inventory supplies.
