Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food preparation and serving. The role includes training crew, keeping the line orderly, and supporting food safety practices and daily operations at the store level.

The position emphasizes staff development, scheduling oversight, and collaboration with management to deliver great guest experiences and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise and train crew to provide good customer service.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Support office administration tasks such as banking and cash handling policies.
