Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line, supervise crew, and assist with training and development.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer service, and day-to-day operations, including staffing, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Prior restaurant experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies is required.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters is required.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and daily administrative tasks is expected.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life tracking, and the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are stocked.
