Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by assuring safe, quality food and trained crew members. The role requires staying on foot, maintaining a clean line, and helping with tasks when not busy.

You will implement food safety and handling policies, monitor line performance, and support crew development while coordinating office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and ability to apply health department requirements.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with general office paperwork and administration.
• Effective verbal and written communication in the work location language.
• Restaurant experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and customer incidents are resolved.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are available and in order.
