Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and customer-focused.

You will manage a clean line, monitor shifts, and support front-of-house operations. This role requires hands-on leadership, a high school diploma, and prior restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Must understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly for the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Train and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support with office administration, banking, cash handling policies, and supplies.
