Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a high standard of customer service while ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role includes maintaining a clean line, supervising crew, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will help train staff, monitor shift changes, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer-facing role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department standards.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support management in daily operations.
