Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training a ready crew. You’ll keep a clean line, monitor equipment, and step in when busy, guiding tasks and helping others stay on track.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, a high school diploma, familiarity with cash handling and food safety, and the ability to communicate clearly in the local language.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Familiar with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Able to communicate in the local language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with tasks when not busy and help train others on the crew.
• Monitor food safety practices including hand washing and glove changes.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office/admin duties as needed.
