Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized front line with functioning equipment and actively supporting daily restaurant operations.

You will help resolve customer incidents, monitor crew breaks and shifts, and contribute to training and development of future leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with health department food safety matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
