Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience.

You will train and supervise the restaurant crew, maintain an organized line and functioning equipment, and step in to help where needed throughout the shift. The role requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and office paperwork, with a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet during shifts and assist others when not busy.
• Help resolve customer incidents and support positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with training future Service Leaders.
