• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department guidelines.
• Ability to understand and communicate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience in cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment; assist when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support crew performance reviews.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with office administration duties as needed.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure satisfaction.
• Support leadership development by mentoring future Service Leaders.
