Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. The role requires staying on the line, being ready to assist, and driving food safety and customer satisfaction across daily operations.

You will mentor front-of-house staff, coordinate shifts, and support office tasks while advancing future leaders and maintaining a clean, efficient operation.

Formación

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and properly functioning.
• Be on your feet while clocked in; assist with tasks during downtime.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with the development of future Service Leaders and office duties.
