Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. The role involves standing on the line, supervising shifts, and supporting front-of-house operations.

You will help maintain a clean, efficient line, train crews, and assist with administrative duties while promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and strong customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read/write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Assist in resolving food quality issues.
• Support food safety through proper hand washing, glove changes, temp checks, and shelf-life monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leaders development.
• Assist with office admin tasks and ordering supplies.
