Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and that crew is trained.
• Keep a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties and ensure supplies and equipment are in good order.
