Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew. You’ll keep the line clean, stocked, and operating, while guiding breaks, shifts, and training.

You will support crew performance and contribute to office tasks as needed. You’ll bring a Food With Integrity philosophy, cash handling knowledge, food safety awareness, and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak/read/write the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Monitor time and temperature and follow food safety policies.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained.
