Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line, train the restaurant crew, and lead efforts to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities include supervising line operations, resolving food quality issues, enforcing safety policies, and supporting crew performance reviews. This role anchors the front line team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and related processes.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices on the line including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and shelf life checks.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Assist with administrative duties and ensure office equipment and supplies are managed.
