Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained.

You will keep a clean, organized line and ensure proper functioning of line equipment, while on your feet and clocked in. You will also help maintain food safety, resolve customer incidents, and support crew scheduling and development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and procedures.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience with safe, high-quality food.
• Keeping the line clean, organized and properly functioning.
• Overseeing crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training front-of-house Crew and assisting with performance reviews.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties and supplies management.
