Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

You will keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment, supervise crew breaks and schedules, and help develop front‑of‑house staff and future leaders while supporting daily office tasks as needed.

Qualificações

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high‑quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature).
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front‑of‑house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies).
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
