Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew. The role keeps a clean line, ensures equipment works, and supports crew with tasks while on shift.

You will monitor breaks, schedule changes, train front-of-house staff, assist with reviews, and help develop future leaders while handling office duties and supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
