Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to help maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the crew is well trained. You will keep a clean line and oversee line operations to support smooth service.

You will also supervise breaks, assist with training and reviews, and help with front- and back-office duties while upholding food safety and cash handling standards.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and supervise line operations.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with cross-training front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork; ensure supplies are stocked.
