Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a home-services (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) service team.
• Strong grasp of service KPIs and how to coach to them.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians across trades.
• Own service KPIs: revenue, close rate, average ticket, CSAT, and callbacks.
• Handle escalations and uphold Eco's quality and pricing standards.
